Description

I saw the Lego Movie a few days ago, and afterwards I could not get it out of my head. I eventually dug into my old collection of Legos and threw this thing together. 

The pilot's name is Groove Magnet, and he's basically a soldier of fortune, crossing the universe in search of adventure and money. And love, if he can get it, but he'd settle for just adventure and money. His spaceship is called the Junk Star, and he built it from multiple parts in a junk yard.
